Kunkel Construction Inc. (KCI) was started in 1986 by Glenn S. Kunkel as a custom home builder.  In 1997 the company diversified into commercial and tenant finish work and later added excavating, trucking and concrete divisions.  KCI has completed over a thousand custom homes and commercial projects throughout Colorado in the past 20 years in addition to thousands of smaller general contracting projects for various municipalities, commercial prime contractors, and homeowners.  KCI prides itself on completing quality work to meet the project schedule and budget and offers turn-key, cost-plus, design-build, sub-prime, shell, and subcontract services on everything from residential to industrial scale work.  KCI has licensed Architects and Engineers available to design any project from conceptual design to final construction drawings.
